Hopkins County Attorney, Todd P’Pool, has received the 2013 Outstanding Performance Award for Child Support Enforcement from the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Mr. P’Pool and the Hopkins County Child Support Unit have been recognized with this distinguished award for five (5) consecutive years.
“Under the direction and leadership of Asst. County Attorney Shaun McEntire, the Hopkins County Child Support Unit continues to serve as a model program for child support enforcement in Kentucky,” noted P’Pool. “The entire CSU team deserves the credit for this award and their dedicated effort in supporting Kentucky families and holding parents accountable is making a real difference for thousands of children.”
Since taking office in 2007, Todd P’Pool and the Hopkins County Child Support Unit have managed over 4000 cases and have remained a top-ranked agency. They have collected over $27 million for the children of Hopkins County and in 2011 were featured on CNN for innovative ways to collect child support.Leave a reply
